Kyle & Jessica | An Elegant Wedding in Sandusky, OH

Kyle & Jessica is a story of love at first sight.

And by that we mean, we fell in love with them the first time we saw them. :p  Even at a bridal show, they stood out to us amidst the overwhelming sea of people we came into contact with.  And our first meeting was a record breaking TWO AND A HALF HOURS.  And we loved it!  We talked about everything from the Red Wedding, to marching band, to fraternities, to mutual pageant friends (because if it isn’t obvious by her STUNNINGLY good looks, Jess is a former competitor in Miss Ohio!), to Star Wars and literally everything in between!  See, Kyle & Jessica are basically huge nerds.  Um, hello…have you met us???  Needless to say we get along perfectly. 😉

And holy moly…their wedding was amazing!  They had so many precious moments shared between the two of them, their friends and family, and the little nods to the things they loved were simply perfect.  A tiny TARDIS, the Game of Thrones theme…SWORDS.  Seriously.

Seeing the journey that these two have taken has been simply heartwarming, and we are so grateful we have been a part of their lives for a year and a half now!  We will most definitely be friends for life.  And trust us.  We’re the lucky ones. ❤

We remember the moment we met both Kyle and Jessica together back in January at the Super Bowl of All Bridal Shows.  And they paid us the sweetest compliment when they called us a couple of months later.  They said that we were the first photographers they met, and the ones that stuck with them because of the way we reached out to them.  So nice!  Then we met again and made it official (after a two hour conversation about The Walking Dead, Red Weddings, marching band, and pageants 😉 ).

We love it when getting with clients feels like getting together with old friends.  And that’s exactly how it felt during their engagement session. 🙂  We sincerely hope that we can get together with them years from now as old friends.  But you know.  For real. 😉
